The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, is an international gastronomic society that is dedicated to bringing together professional and non-professional members from around the world who appreciate wine, cuisine and fine dinning. Members are treated to the ultimate in gastronomic delights, with many (if not all) of the gala dinner menus and dishes specially created for them by the regions best chefs.
Shown below, is one such menu from a gala dinner that was held at the Pachanga restaurant in the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah.
The menu itself was loosely inspired from the theme of the Pachanga restaurant - which is a mixture of South American cuisines. It utilises many different medias and textures; which includes the use of clay, leather and various embossed papers; with these combining to create a one of a kind limited edition (25) menu in keeping with the nature of the event
